Your website is your window to the world and as such you must have 24 x 7 availability. Our hosting service will enable you to maintain that window so that your clients have continual access to your site. As such we would host your site on our own servers thus enabling us to offer you a rich suite of products. These are based on technologies we have spent time developing where we are able to link your site to our portal and database software. This ensures that changes made through the portal will be professionally implemented thus preventing potential errors which could damage your reputation and image.

Architecture
We develop and deploy our sites, applications and databases on our own dedicated servers with systems that are reliable and have high availability.

We do not rely on third parties since this brings another layer of risk. We have invested a lot of time employing key technical personnel, from the Investment Banking fraternity, who have installed high availability systems based on Investment Banking architecture; as such our systems are secure, robust, reliable and technically sound.

We maintain and control state of the art servers in high security and technically advanced data centres across London. This enables us to keep our sites running should any unfortunate outage occur in a data centre. All our servers run Linux and as such we are not affected by any operating system vulnerabilities that are prevalent.

Shown below is a generalised version of the thurlstone development and production infrastructure. We maintain multiple production servers in different locations for reliability. Each server is fully replicated with the others and any data changes are replicated back to the thurlstone internal systems. In the unlikely event that a server/data centre become unavailable the other sites/servers will still run your site service. This is undertaken for all users whose DNS servers are pointing to thurlstone's servers and after DNS has replicated globally all users globally will have access.
